Healthy Territorians

  • $80.1 million to deliver the Core Clinical Systems Renewal Program will revolutionise the management of health records across the Territory
  • $39.9 million to undertake repairs and maintenance works at health facilities across the Territory
  • $18 million to establish a PET scanner and cyclotron at the Royal Darwin Hospital
  • $17.2 million to re‑establish the Banned Drinker Register and other best practice health‑based harm reduction initiatives
  • $12 million to build a multistorey carpark at the Royal Darwin Hospital
  • $9.7 million to establish a purpose‑built Darwin Renal Centre, replacing Nightcliff Renal Unit to increase operational capacity
  • $9 million to continue upgrades to Gove District Hospital
  • $8 million for early intervention to support to support students with additional needs and mental health issues
  • $5 million to install 12 new specialist chemotherapy chairs at the Royal Darwin Hospital
  • $1.4 million to establish two renal-0ready rooms, increasing access to dialysis in remote communities
  • $1 million to expand the Nurse-Family Partnership Program to five additional locations
  • $750 000 to expand rehabilitation services to tackle youth substance misuse in remote communities through the delivery of diversion programs
